Come join a community of like minded people to learn more about proper nutrition, fueling your body for vitality and energy, overcoming “diet culture”, learning mindfulness with food, and how to balance your health and wellness. Even after the 12 weeks is over, the tools and strategies learned during this challenge will help you implement full lifestyle changes that benefit your overall health and wellness.
What is included during this challenge:
-Book study of “The Slow Down Diet” by Marc David and implementation of strategies for the first 8 weeks.
-Weekly zoom “coaching” calls with me and the rest of the group to talk successes, strategies, and set-backs while reviewing one chapter from the book. These will be recorded and available the next day.
-Journaling to document foods and moods as well as daily affirmations and gratitude.
-Private facebook group that includes a weekly mindfulness strategy, one new recipe per week, and tips and tools for adding in exercise and stretching routines weekly, as well as a place to share successes, recipes, and asks questions with fellow peers.
-Online community of like-minded individuals.
-Additional one on one coaching opportunities booked at your convenience. These sessions last 30 minutes. *Additional fee.
